Detail to immense<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I stand\/I stand on my feet\/ I stand on the floor\/ I stand on a wooden floor\/ I stand in the Town Hall\/ I stand in Freemantle\/ I stand in Western Australia\/ I stand in Australia\/ I stand on the Earth\u2026..all are valid interpretations of the same act.<\/p>\n<p>I lift my foot\/I step forward\/ I walk\u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>Say what you sense\/Sense what you say<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>I feel air on the palm of my hands<\/li>\n<li>I feel my t-shirt against my back<\/li>\n<li>I hear a police car passing<\/li>\n<li>I feel the light on my eyelids\u2026<\/li>\n<li>I smell the wooden floor\u2026<\/li>\n<li>I feel my ankle bone grind against the floor<\/li>\n<li>I feel Amy&#8217;s\u00a0skin against my arm\u2026etc<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Breathe what you do\/Do what you breathe<br \/>\n<\/strong>Every movement has the sound of breath, every breath has movement<br \/>\nPlay with rhythm, expanding movement right to ends of breath<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sound What you Do\/Do What You Sound<br \/>\n<\/strong>Remember all the sounds you can make with your voice and mouth (eg consonants, lips, etc).
